What is the process to register contractors?
There are two ways how you can register your contractor; either via Smartsheet filling in this form or via the Customer Centre.
Customer Centre
How to register an existing contractor?
1. Login to the Customer Centre
2. Click in the Navigation line ‘Nominate your Contractor’
3. Click on ‘+ Add Contractor’
4. Select a contractor by clicking on ‘+’and ‘(select)’
5. Check the details and click on ‘Invite this Contact’.
After step 5, the contractor will receive a message to login to the Exhibitor Portal and accept the nomination. Once the contractor accepts the nominations, the process is finished.
How to register a new contractor:
1. Login to the Customer Centre
2. Click in the Navigation line ‘Nominate your Contractor’
3. Click on ‘Register a New Contractor Company’
4. Fill in all the required fields, Company, Address, Country, City, P.O. Box and State.
5. Click on ‘Add this Company and Create New Contact’ to go to the next page.
6. Fill in all the required fields; First Name, Last Name, Mobile, Phone and Email Address
7. Click on ‘Invite this Contact’.
After step 7, the contractor will receive a message to login to the Exhibitor Portal and accept the nomination. Once the contractor accepts the nominations, the process is finished.
